If you are dissatisfied with the fit, quality, print, or color of the product, please send us an email at support@armenio.in, mentioning your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Pickup Process: Upon receiving your email, we will respond to you, requesting a suitable day for the item pickup. Once the day is confirmed, a pickup agent will visit your address to collect the item within 24 - 48 hours. Kindly ensure that you pack the item securely to prevent any damage during transit (e.g., using an eco-friendly bag).
After Return Pickup: After handing over the item to the pickup agent, we will proceed as follows:
A) Exchange Option: If you choose to exchange the item, we will process the exchange order within 2 - 4 business days. The exchange order can involve a different size, color, or item, and there will be no additional charges for the exchange.
However, if the exchange order requested is of higher value (e.g., the original order is a regular t-shirt, and the exchange requested is an oversized item), the differential amount can be paid online through an invoice sent to your email, or it can be paid at the time of delivery to the delivery agent.
B) Refund Option: If you prefer a refund, and your payment was made online, we will initiate the refund to the source account. The refunded amount should be credited back within 48-78 hours prior to receiving the returned parcel. Please note that a return pickup charge of Rs. 150 shall be deducted from the actual refund value before processing the same.
There is no refund for Cash On Delivery orders. Cash on Delivery orders are eligible for a one-time exchange if in case they do not approve of what they have received. The courier pickup and reversal charges of Rs. 150 is to be paid from the customer's side in case of exchange or return in Cash on Delivery.
No purchases under Rs. 900 of product value are eligible for return and refunds.
The refund team has the right to cancel any refund requests if user is found to be abusing the free return policy. Additionally, all products bought with discount coupons of value 15% and above are eligible only for store credit refunds of one-time free replacement.
RETURN POLICY:
Our return policy allows for returns within 7 days from the date you received the item. If 7 days have passed since receipt, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
For damaged fabric, please send an image highlighting the problem to support@armenio.in, and we will process a full refund or exchange accordingly.
